Who we are

This website belongs to Keelwell Marketing. You can reach us at keelwellmarketing@gmail.com.

This website

We add no cookies, tracking or analytics of our own to this website. It is hosted by Netlify, which keeps standard server records, such as IP addresses, to run and protect the site, and which may show its own small "Powered by Netlify" badge on these pages. Netlify's own privacy policy explains how it handles these.

If you email us

We receive your email address and your message. We use them only to reply to you and to keep a record of our work with you. We never sell them, and we never use them for advertising.

Our email account is Keelwell's own Gmail account. A program of ours reads that inbox read-only and copies the messages into our private notes, which are stored on our own computer and in our own Google Drive. It never sends, replies to, forwards or deletes any email.

Besides us, your messages are handled only by the services we use to do our work: Google, for Gmail and Google Drive, and Anthropic, whose AI assistant Claude helps us read and organise our notes.

Our keyword tool and Google user data

The Keelwell Marketing keyword tool reads keyword ideas and search volume numbers from Google Ads, using Keelwell's own Google Ads account. It does not ask anyone to sign in with Google, and it does not access, collect, store or share any information from anyone else's Google account. The keyword numbers it reads are kept in our private notes and used only to plan websites and search work.

Our tools use Google services only with Keelwell's own Google account.

Your choices

Email us to ask what we hold about you, or to have it deleted. We will reply, and we will confirm by email once it is done.

If this policy changes, we will update this page and the date at the top.
